A well-known string pedagogue, Robert H. Klotman, points out several benefits of chamber music:
1.    It provides excellent opportunities for individualized instruction;
2.    The listening skills of its participants are enhanced;
3.    Exposure to one on a part helps players improve their melodic and rhythmic capabilities;
4.    Players improve their intonation;
5.    Through chamber music, students gain musical confidence and understanding.

Chamber music playing is a collaborative learning experience which helps students enhance not only in music learning but also in social learning.

In our chamber music program at I Artisti, the students are coached weekly by professional teachers.  Within its small sized group, students will receive individualized instruction and also will give performance at the end of each semester

Our program also offers the Community Outreach Performance Program (COPP) which serves the community by visiting and performing at various places like retirement homes, hospitals,etc.

All ages and instruments (woodwinds, brass, strings, piano) are welcome to apply for the Chamber Music Program.
Examples of small chamber groups will be in the form of quartet, quintet, octet,
etc.
etc.

*CD Recording of the group is optional but recommendable to make music portfolio for the college application

**Audition is required in order for us to place the students in the proper group according to their reading ability and playing experience.

***For audition, students will need to prepare a piece which best represents his/her current level.
